Ok. Thanks. We'll check that out.

Mike Meer has said that the main difference between the two systems is that one has IE 4 ( the one that works ) and one has IE 3 ( the one that doesn't ). If that's true, I guess it's just a matter of determining which DLL needs to be upgraded. Other than searching through the MSDN library, does anybody have an idea which DLL would fix that problem.
