This doesn't work. When renaming through the project manager, it informs you that it will cause problems.

This will allow the project build, but will not save the location in the forms. To get the forms to see the new location, they need to be opened in the form designer, another miniscule change imposed (so the form will save when closing), and closed. This reference should stick.
