I'd think you'd do this in your DEFINE WINDOW or CREATE FORM command, not the REPORT command.

Again you'd probably do this with a command aimed at the window (after defining and before calling the report) rather than with the REPORT command. Different command depending on whether you used DEFINE WINDOW (MODI WIND ZOOM? I forget) or CREATE FORM (Form.WindowState=2).
