Hi Barbara -

I implemented this approach and it works great for the page breaks. But for some reason, the footer prints in different locations on the second page. It seems to be related to the number of detail records--if there are many detail records, the footer appears farther from the top of the page.

I've checked and doubled checked that all the objects in the report have the remove line if empty switch set. Any suggestions? Thanks.

>You could do it by making two records for each of your header records. Add a single field which will be .T. for one, .F. for the other, then group for FirstGroupValue + NewValue. In your Print When values, you can print the detail records for NewValue = .T., the memo in the footer for NewValue = .f. This will eliminate the double-printing and you can start each group on a separate page.
