I'm not saying you're wrong about the documentation. It says what you said it does. I said the documentation is wrong. (It happens.) Try adding a toolbar to a form.

The fact that there are mistakes in the documentation which haven't been corrected, even though we developers have pointed out the mistakes to Microsoft, is something that's caused a lot of yelling at Microsoft in the past few months. There are mistakes in the documentation which have been known mistakes since VFP 3.0, yet Microsoft hasn't updated.
