Yes, you can hang an MS SQL Server off your Novell network. Just make sure that you have NWLink install on the NT Server and the IPX/SPX network library install on the SQL Server. Also, since you don't have an NT domain, you'll have to configure the the SQL Server to use SQL Auth.
