Hi! The Sales Reps in our company use Goldmine as a contact manager. I'm developing an order entry/estimating module which uses DDE to grab contact data from Goldmine. Currently Goldmine is on our NT Network (4.0 Service pack 3). I use a timeout to check the contact in goldmine and if it has changed I update my data set. The problem is that when I start running my order entry system (which is currently local) Goldmine starts erroring out. We are getting such errors in Goldmine as "Invalid serial number" on entry and "user file is lock or busy". Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
