This has been boggling my mind for a long time:

I'm using the VFP Foundation Classes but have been completely unable to figure out what the SETOBJECTREF and the related methods/properties are for.

I have found that they refer to the program FFC\SETOBJRF.PRG, which begins with

* SetObjRf.PRG - Set Object Referece.
* Description:
* Set an object reference to a specified property based on a specified class.
* Return new instance of specified class if name is an empty string.

What would that ever be, an object reference, what could I use it for etc.
