That's a generic Xbase ODBC driver - you migth try downloading the current ODBC driver set from Microsoft's Web site. Check first - you may have already instralled a current XBase driver previously if trhe system has Office or something similar on it. Better, install the MDAc, which includes ADO as well as ODBC drivers.

You'll want to download the Visual Studio Service Pack from Microsoft in any event to upgrade to version 5.0a, which corrects a large number of known bugs and adds some useful features.
