I have exactly the same problem, except with a Laserjet 4 Plus. It is wierd and I can't implement a project at my customer site until I figure it out.

If you find an answer, could you please let me know what it is??

I never made the connection to running in and out of the VFP environment. Maybe there's a clue there??????????????

BTW, I already had SP3 applied. To no avail!
