Well... they are not EXACTALLY the same thing. Mere Mortals and CodeBook 6.0 are both based on CB 3.0, but have moved away from the original in enhancements.

When you pay for Mere Mortals you are getting several hundreds of pages of Documentation, updates and fixes, and tech support.
