Yes, I do have an 'R' in the format property...it needs to be there so that the user does not need to type the colon when entering a time. Without the R the InputMask won't be used, will it?

Erik had some good ideas about making my own sort of control source emulation to save the TEXT instead of Value property, or I can mess with an input mask on the table itself...I will figure something out...
