Bob,
I have to disagree. Even if you only use it for the functions not built onto VPM, it is well the worth the investment.
For example, if I change the structure of a table, SDT will update the tables at a clients site. Will automatically update views after changing the table structure (this alone was worth the money for me)I have just named a couple.
