>Does anyone know how to disable menu bar items say if a database (table) has no records in it. I know how to check for records, but can't seem to find any info on disabling Menu Bar choice. By the way the choices that I need to disable are in submenus.

Usually, the enabling of the menu is driven by the toolbar which the enabling is driven by the active form. So, you might have this in the skip clause of the menu item: NOT oApp.oToolBar.cmdDel.Enabled. The active is responsible of enabling or not the cmdDel in the toolbar.
