I had a very similar experience last May (when I discovered what F10 meant in windows!) I was converting an old FPD app to VFP 5.0, trying for "keystroke compatibility". F10 in that system meant Exit from several screens. When I discovered I'd have to use an ON KEY LABEL to implement it, I just took it away and said "you can click on the Close or Cancel button, depending on what screen you're on."
