I have been using programmatic data environments for 3 years and half without any problem, well nearly... In development mode (NT4, SP3, VFP5 SP3), never a problem.

In Runtime mode one customer started to have problems when leaving a complicated form and started to receive a "cannot access the selected table" message every time he wanted to close the form. Oddly enough, by checking the "Include debug information" in the project manager and rebuilding the EXE, the problem disappeared... This customer runs NT4 SP3 or Windows 98 (on different machines). WIN98 seemed more "touchy" in this respect.

A fellow developer handed me another project this week-end that exhibits the same runtime behaviour with 4 forms. The "include debug information" cured the 2 lighter ones. But the problem remains with the 2 others. Worse, it ends up with a GPF in VFP500.DLL...

Could someone shed some light on this?
