I'm currently working for Rox Parker at MAM who uses your services. I was hunting around for an generic import utility with field mapping to import data from you guys regarding a telephone questionnaire you did. Your message appeared as soon as I logged in. How bizarre.....

Anyhow, I set up my grid class to sort by column when the user clicks on the header. I created a temporary local index in the temp directory and refreshed the grid (over-riding the order set in the view). You could set this up as a method on the grid and call it with the order expression.

Watch out though, using the same index name each time could cause problems if the user loads the application twice or you are using Terminal Server/Citrix WinFrame (which shares the same temp directory for each user I believe).
