>The only solution I know of is SP 3. Are you sure it was applied properly? In the IDE ?VERSION() should return a string ending in 0415. If you're using the run-time, check VFP500.dll. Right-click it in windows explorer and choose properties then go to the version tab. It should be build 415.

The nice thing about working with these dumb machines is there's something new every day. You now have one. SP3 was properly applied. All version numbers are 5.0a and build 415.
