When you call the modal form, is there another modal form already running? Two modal forms can't exist at the same time. (There can't be two things which are "the only active thing".)

I'd like to hear the answer about having the close button with no icon. I don't think it can be done, but as soon as I say that, seventeen and a half other people will say "of course, you just do this!" :)
