We have a pretty simple Access database designed to keep track of our job tickets. We have the application shared with several work stations. The problem is that some users need the printer set up differently. When we print a form, we get different results depending on the user. We have been trying to figure out how to use the PrtDevMode property to set up which tray the paper come off of etc. Can anyone out there give us a simple example of how this is used or a better way to set up print parameters in Access using a macro or module. We are just printing a form, and need to set up the page before the print job runs.
