How can I make my classes update their visual appearance during development mode, based on properties of that class.

For instance, I have a container class with a label and a textbox in it. I have a property on the container class that stores the field name that will be both the controlsource of the textbox the label's caption value. It updates and displays properly at run-time, but I want to see the label caption change at design time.
