Hi, Jacci. I don't know...but FWIW in Word I remember it wasn't obvious at all. So, a couple of hints (or red herrings?)...Maybe there is another command you need to issue instead of saveas. Does the Save method, by any chance give you the option you need? (Sorry if you've already looked there.) If is save then maybe there is another command...like a "notify" or "nodialog" that you issue first.

P.S. if one of the parameters for SaveAs is the one you want, it sure ain't obvious to me, either < s >.
