Sure, but in addition to fonts you need keyboard driver. In Win 95 exist Cyrillic driver and fonts for Cyrillic Alternative encoding only, on UT we are using KOI-8 encoding,of course, there are 3rd party drivers, but we can use alternative driver and fonts in private e-mail.
