According to the help file foxpro can handle 1,000,000,000 record free tables but the max size is 2GB. I have experience with 30,000,000 record tables that are in the 600 MB range with no problems. One gotcha I recall in doing a conversion was that Paradox allows longer fields names than FoxPro free tables so that an append from may leave field names truncated and may even cause duplicate field names.
