Have you loaded all the VFP6 patches? IMHO 6.0 has its quirks still, but I'm only experiencing maybe 1-2 crashes a week and I can usually attribute that to one of the following:
- playing with unfriendly ActiveX
- GroupWise email client notify tripping me while 6.0 is compiling a project/prg
- GroupWise email client notify trippling me while in class browser or component gallery
- Having debugger open and doing too many other things (i.e. - human form of multitasking)

On my NT workstation at work, 6.0 can have quirks but isnt unreliable. But at home on my Win95 machine, well that's a different story. (Ed R. if you see this - yes I'm still gonna upgrade that puppy. But I'm doing my homework first thanks to you ;) ) HTH
