At Jim's suggestion, I created a test app, then recompiled to project, app, and exe. I still got the errors when I ran the app from the main program (test_app.prg) from the project manager.

The compiled files ran fine.

When I set the path to see the apps directories, the problem goes away. There may be a cleaner solution, I'd like to know it as well.
