I can't remember specifics, but I ran into problems with PWS... I wish I could remember specifically what I had trouble with, but it made me happy to switch to the full version of IIS.

For the site that whose server is not on the premises, (see below) I have a mirror server tht I do my development on, and start and stop the program through VNC (a program similar to PC anywhere).

No. One of my sites hosts their server on-site, and another purchased a server and co-locates it at Mindspring.
