Hi George,

We've been using SQL Server under NT for the med app for a while now. Yes, it still uses the native VFP database too. We've found working with SQL Server to be a heck of a lot better than, let's just say, "other" well known databases.
I am not aware of any major difficulties with it. Don Rapp can give you a better idea of what's involved there as he's done most of it so far.
