Yes and No.
This has worked for me in the past:
f:\vfp\vfp.exe myprogram.prg hello
This start the program myprogram and passes the "hello" as a parameter.
(The hello may need to be in quotes, I forget)
However, when I tried it with the runtime version of 6.0, it didn't work.
