Sounds flaky to me, too, but of course the last possibility you consider is that your program's components have been corrupted. You can try reinstalling VFP and see if the report then works better. Not likely to help, but doesn't take long to try and can't hurt. (Although you may also have to re-apply any patches you had in place).
