Has anyone had a problem with the HP4000 asking for the user to insert card stock for a report? The user can print a normal 8 1/2" X 11" report that feeds normally to the printer through the regular paper tray, but when the user prints another report it ask them to insert card stock(Manual Feed). If the user pushes the GO button on the printer, the report prints OK. Later they can go back and print the same report fine without the printer asking to insert card stock. The printer driver and report both have the paper size set to 8 1/2" X 11" and paper source set to AutoSelect. This problem seems to affect mainly HP4000N or HP4000TN users connected to a network. We have a normal HP4000 connected to our server, but have not duplicated the problem. If anyone knows of this problem, please help!
