M$ probably needs more *High Quality* beta testers. But they are probably all busy developing, and can't afford to be on a buggy beta.
Then of course the conversion utilities and wizards are the probably last to be written, and get the least testing. They may not want a bunch of UT people testing, and spreading the *buggy* word, either.

I guess the best we can do is feedback as much as possible !
