>I wasn't being sarcastic, I was asking a question. You might not be able to. I was simply asking if you or your client has tried using this command within a page in Netscape. I don't develope for Netscape, only for IE4.0. I have viewed some of my pages that use Vbscript from Netscape and some of the code works and some doesn't. You should look to see how JavaScript creates references to .dll's. It should not be a question of Netscape creating an object reference, but rather how does JavaScript create object references.

JavaScript does not create object references. Use Java (not J++, it is not compatible - especially if you use any microsoft Wizards).
