Yeah, but really how is that any different than downloading a full setup

I really can't think of any good reason to use ActiveDocs. If I wanted to
use VFP on the client I think I'd stick with a VFP EXE rather than an
ActiveDoc. There's just not enough value there...
HTML/ASP/WWWC/FOXISAPI etc. is really a whole other affair. It's like
apples and oranges. These tools build real Server based thin client
applications. ActiveDocs is client side fat-client technology.
