>SQL Server 7.0 is REALLY cool. Much of it is COM enabled and you can access that from your application. Running it on NT4.0 should handle anything you're trying to do. VFP makes a great front-end in either a 2 or 3-tier design.

It is really cool, but Sybase works and plays better with Powerbuilder. Also, running a server database on Unix is a better large-scale enterprise solution because of latency and performance issues.
