I am trying to develop an application using the Codebook 3 framework. I have had limited success and as many have pointed out, performance is a problem.

However, forging on, I am trying to develop a tabbed maintenance form where the main table has a 0-n link to a daughter table and a 0-1 link to another daughter table. I wish to allow creation of a new main table record and attachment to selected daughter records.

--------
| TAB1 |
| |
--------
0| |0
------ ------
n | |1
-------- --------
| TAB2 | | TAB3 |
| | | |
-------- --------

I am not clear on how Codebook intends a developer to design its data environments. When should a view be used? When should the view contain links to other views?

I seem to be able to create the form quite easily outside of Codebook, but using the business objects in Codebook is a mystery.

I there anyone doing serious development with this framework?
