Yes, I put in 12 hours yesterday in preparation for a prototype delivery
which was scheduled for this afternoon. The crash totally corrupted the
project files and I missed not only the delivery but the check as well.

I've checked for viruses, scanned the disk, defragged it, and installed
SP2, Gallery Updates, new Active X Updater, new Setup Wizard, and a Y2K
fix for the new Setup Wizard.

This is the only VFP6.0 app I'm working on. I have FP2.0 on another
machine, and it's very stable.

I was working in the general area of report design when it crashed
a few times recently. Sometimes when I would fire up the Report
Wizard or the Query Wizard I would see the Pretty Blue Screen. The
big one yesterday came when I created a Query, then directed the
output to a label. I was filtering on a logical print flag and the
presence of a date in one field, then putting a few bits onto a
mailing label.

Not that I know of. I'm still trying to put it together. Just
running forms from the Project Manager window until I can get it
working well enough to package better.

Not using any yet, but I have downloaded the Updater because
it was there.

The one that came with my machine. I have an SIS 5597 Video Card
with 2Mb Ram. Under Display Adapters/SIS 5597/Properties/Driver,
it shows:

Provider: Silicon Information Systems
Driver File Details:
c:\windows\system\sis597.drv
c:\windows\system\sismini.vxd
c:\windows\system\vmm32.vxd (vdd.vxd)

If I have to revert to a plain VGA driver will I be restricted to
a 640x480 resolution? Will my client be forced into the same
hammer-and-chisel environment? Are these problems going to be
part of my work product as well? Will Visual Fox Pro harm my
client?

These are some of the issues I'm considering regarding this tool.
