Hi Juan,

I think you're referring to the article by Andrew Ross MacNeill, in which he named the MS Toolbar as Coolbar (given the existence of the Coolbar control, I don't think it was the best choice). I don't know how much time I wasted fooling around with the Coolbar rather than the Toolbar.

The MS Knowledge Base has article Q186123 "BUG: The Coolbar ActiveX Control Does Not Work in VFP". Basically, what it says is that the Coolbar can't be used because of the way VFP handles Windows internal messaging.
