WinZip!? ROFL!!!! Our users must be from the same schools. FoxFire is easy for end-users to use. The more you put into the setup of FoxFire for each App, the easier it is for the users. Basically, you are setting up a data dictionary complete with the relations between the tables. All the user has to do is pick whatever fields they want, and FoxFire does the joins for them. The users can specify filter via friendly language like : select all cars with a color of or . They can also specify whether they want calculations, summaries, etc.

I think Crystal Reports is more powerful in that you can use it for many different software packages. We have it here, but I have not yet had to use it.
