Sorry, I'm at a loss. I just have a few suggestions. Probably someone else will be able to come up with a better suggestion.

Do you have a backup copy of the VCX?
Can you create a form that utilizes the class and does it see the modification?
Is the date of the VCX a future date?

Can you post the code? Is it possible the code was never getting called?
