I am tasked with making a Fox2.0 appliation y2k compliant AND converting it to VFP5.0

At this time, I am making the app y2k compliant using VFP 5.0 as the interpreter. I will move the application to a visual format later.

We are not turning SET CENTURY ON, instead we are using VFP's SET CENTURY TO 19 ROLLOVER 30 feature to window the entered dates.

My problem is this:

There is a @...GET dDate field that appears the same as before remediation, except that once a date is entered as 01/01/01, the get field refreshes to 01/01/2001. This is fine, but the field length does not accomodate the 01 year, making the user see only 01/01/20.

Does anyone have an idea how to overcome this WITHOUT changing the fact that we are windowing.
