To further test this, I explicitly SET EXCLUSIVE OFF and tried again. I am still receiving the File Access Denied error. This is realy frustrating to me since I don't have a network in my office, so I need to send new code to our main office to test. If you start two sessions under Win 95 is that a valid way to test for multi-user access or does this behavior differ greatly from a Win NT network with two workstations?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
