Mike, although this is NOT what you asked, is there a reason for not including the actual 'readme.txt' file with your other distributable files? This gives users the option of reading the file at any time, and IF your program has trouble installing (of course that's VERY improbable :-) you'd still have the 'readme.txt' available.
