I wuz wundering if anyone had a check-off : sheet that they used to inspect systems developed by contractors. I don't have a check-off list for that I can however recommend on a very good book on UI design "About Face" by Alan Cooper requiered reading IMHO for everyone that designs interfaces Arnon
