If you haven't programmed with VISUAL fox, any 3.0 resource should get you started as well. As Michel mentioned, there is always the UT, VFUG, a whole slew of books (I've heard Hentzen's was pretty good as well as "A Hackers guide to VFP"), a MS CDROM, and many web sites.
