I thought foxpro-l was dead and Darcy White started another one? To my knowledge, most of the foxpro-l folks have moved to Darcy's and the UT. UT still gets much more traffic though....

Darcy's isn't as bad as foxpro-l was. They have "list police" now who are "enforcing" rules (no flames, spam, etc.). However, you still get a lot of duplicate replies and such whereas the UT hardly ever generates those....
