Taking a quick turn in subject matter......

Do you have an EDIT menu in your App? If not, then none of the "Windows" editing shortcuts like Ctrl-A will work - Ctrl-X cut, Ctrl-V Copy, etc. Make sure this sub menu is always part of your app menus, and you won't have any problem.
