I have that problem sometimes too. It is difficult to use sarcasm here sometimes. It is often interpreted differently than it was intended. I have to remember to put the :-) after some messages.

If you are doing consulting work, I would suggest that you read up on all the comparison articles that you can and get a copy of each. I think some well-selected articles would prove to be invaluable when explaining why you use what you use to a potential client...whatever tool you use.
