When I set a toolbar button's enabled property
to false, I would like it to appear greyed out
like you would see on VFP disabled toolbar
items.
Like I said, when I set the enabled property
to false, I see a dark grey rectangle instead
of the normal greyed button.
When VFP's Cut, Copy and Paset buttons are
disabled, you can still see what the picture
looks like. In my app, they appear as a dark
grey rectangle. The button image is not visible.
