The bad news is I do need all these controls visible on the same page. I have a total of 8 pages on the pageframe. I am instantiating classes on the page activate event of each of the pages as needed. The form on which this class resides has a private data session so the tables I'm accessing need to be opened when the form is instantiated. I did get an improvement when we took the tables out of the data environment and manually USED the tables and set the relationships. But that seems all I can squeeze out of VFP.
